This summer, for the conclusion of the Premier Health Broadway Series, Disney’s The Lion King will be returning on June 7 to the Benjamin & Marian Schuster Center for more than 3 weeks, ending on July 3. Based on the beloved Disney animated film of the same name, The Lion King is currently the third longest running Broadway show in history and has been seen by more than 70 million people worldwide.

With more than 6 Tony Awards to its name, outstanding puppetry, and a score written by Elton John and Tim Rice, Disney’s The Lion King is a truly unforgettable experience for all who see it. Ticket holders also have the opportunity to attend “Background on Broadway” sessions before select shows to learn about the development, history, and artistry of the show; these sessions are free for those with tickets to the day’s performance.
