Time for Popcorn!

Movies are a great way for students to find entertainment and enjoy themselves during the weekend. Here are the synopsis of movies in theaters or coming to theaters in a few weeks.

  1. Storks is a PG rated movie for the dreamers in all of us. Like everyone knows, storks deliver babies. In this movie, storks deliver internet packages. Now, a stork and his human friend are trying to deliver a baby to its family. There is adventure, love, and kindness. If you want to watch a feel good movie, go watch Storks which opened in theaters September 23rd.

  1. Miss Peregine’s Home for Peculiar Children is not yet rated. However, it is based off of a best-selling novel. The renowned director, Tim Burton, takes the audience through the world of peculiarities. These peculiar children have many different circumstances. Some peculiarities deal with the elements such as air, while others have peculiarities like invisibility. The kids stay in the household forever. The main character, Jack thinks he is ordinary. However, he finds out that he has to embrace his peculiarity to save his friends. If you are a fan of dramatics and authentic graphics, go watch Miss Peregine’s Home for Peculiar Children, a movie that opened in theaters last Friday, September 30th.

  1. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is rated PG-13. A movie based off of writer J. K. Rowling’s new book. In her newest book, there is a man who carries a briefcase full of magical creatures. The man happens to be a wizard. His magical creatures escape and become loose in the city. This new movie explains a new era of magic and wizardry mischief. If you were a fan of the Harry Potter series, you will definitely enjoy, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them coming to theaters, November 18th.
