Moana, a Movie Worth Watching

Starring Dwayne Johnson and Auli’I Cravalho, Moana is the # 1 Disney movie in 2016. This movie which is rated PG is an action adventure animated story that follows a timeline during the Polynesian culture. Polynesian culture is the culture of the indigenous people of Polynesia who share common traits in language, customs and society. The main characters which include Moana and Maui have a scary yet exciting adventure as they cross the sea. It first starts when Moana hears a story of the great demi God Maui and who ever crosses the sea to find him and make him return the heart to the Island will be their new hero. After that, Moana always wanted to find Maui and return the heart. As she grew up her grandmother told her to go out to the sea and return the heart for everything in her Home Island was dying. Without the heart no fruit will* grow in the trees and no fish will swim in the sea. This is when Moana’s adventure begins.
